Stayed at the hotel last year in August and am finally able to write this feedback. The hotel staff are super helpful, friendly, and professional. My family and I found the rooms to be very tidy and clean. The pool area with the scenery was immaculate. I would recommend staying at this hotel as it's close to most of the shops and restaurants. This hotel has always been amazing to stay at.

Very cozy and beautiful hotel and excellent views and locations. Staff is friendly and rooms are cozy and big. We had room with kitchen and a living room separate from bedroom. Only thing to consider is the elevators are a tad slow during busy periods otherwise no issues from the hotel side. Bedding is one of the most comfortable I’ve seen in comparable hotels. Pool and hot tub are nice and have great views along with music from the nearby pubs. Highly recommend this place

It was a great experience at the Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted. We were allowed a super early check in which was convenient for the cold weather. The free shuttle service from the concierge was convenient for getting to the SPA. The hotel has good amenities including hot tubs, pool and steam room. We would definitely come back.

Got a great deal with the "locals" deal in October. Chose the location as we knew it was on the quieter side of the village facing the lifts. Great location, everything within 5-10 minutes walk. Reception was a little cold and the murphy wall beds weren't the most comfortable but the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub and pool were great amenities as well. Would recommend if you get a good deal or want direct access to the lifts in the winter!

Staff are so accommodating and friendly. (Loic was great on our last stay.) Rooms are clean, kitchen is well-equipped and the pool and amenities are excellent. EV charging available too. The location is great and rooms have wonderful views. My favorite place to stay in Whistler.

I was upgraded without asking by the woman at the front desk, so very appreciated after a 3 day migraine! The room was perfectly appointed with kitchen items and many hangers, thermostat is responsive. Chromecast is a great little extra.
